Unicode Converter - Unicode, UTF-16, UTF-8, UTF-32, Percent, Base64, and Decimal Converter










This Unicode Converter converts Unicode characters between UTF-16, UTF-8 and UTF-32 and their decimal representations. It also percent encodes and decodes URL parameters and encodes text to Base64.

The Unicode converter doesn't automatically add spaces between the converted values. You can use the add spaces button to separate the Unicode characters so that the converted values will also be separated from one another.

Whitespace characters are not converted unless the whitespace checkbox is checked.
